OBCT 2024-2025 JTF Troupe Experience Details
The award winning Off Broadway Children's Theatre is excited to return to the Junior Theater Festival 2025. This will mark the 21st year that we have been participating in this extravaganza of an event held right here in Atlanta.
The Junior Theater Festival (JTF) is the world's biggest and best celebration of theater for young people. JTF brings together over 120 musical theater troupes from around the world for a weekend of musical theater education, fun, and celebration.Each troupe will perform 15 minutes of a Broadway Jr show for industry professionals. The students will also attend workshops, showcases, new work previews, and a concert by Broadway performers.
OBCT 2024-2025 JTF Troupe Experience Details
Show information:
The JTF Troupe will perform an MTI Junior show(TBD) in full on November 1-3, 2024. They will then take a 15 minute selection to JTF on January 17-19th 2025.

3rd to 8th Grade
Troupe size:
26-28
Audition Details:
Auditions will be on March 13th 6:00-7:30 and March 16th 1:00-300.Please prepare 30 seconds of a song of your choice with accompaniment. You will be asked to do a dance audition and read from the script.

- 11/9, 11/16 10:00-12:00 JTF CUT
- 12/7, 12/14 10:00-12:00 JTF CUT
- 1/4, 1/11 10:00-2:00 JTF CUT
- 1/13, 1/15 6:00-8:00 JTF CUT
- 1/17 - 1/20 JTF at Cobb Galleria
- 1/25 10:00-12:00 end of year party.
Commitment:
We understand that families have multiple activities and may not be able to make it to OBCT for rehearsal. We encourage participants to attend as many rehearsals as you can but we know that is not always possible. We just ask that you try to let us know in advance when you will be out if at all possible.

Student monthly tuition: (8) X $135.00 (April/May/August-January)
Cost includes over 65 hours of instruction/Bag/Show Shirt.
JTF FESTIVAL COST ( paid to JTF):
Parent(one parent chaperone is required to attend) $360.00
Student $360.00.
