Join OBCT at the world's biggest celebration of musical theater for young people
The award-winning Off Broadway Children's Theatre is excited to return to the Junior Theater Festival 2027. This will mark the 23rd year that we have been participating in this extravaganza of an event held right here in Atlanta.
The Junior Theater Festival (JTF) is the world's biggest and best celebration of theater for young people. JTF brings together over 120 musical theater troupes from around the world for a weekend of musical theater education, fun, and celebration. Each troupe will perform 15 minutes of a Broadway Jr show for industry professionals. The students will also attend workshops, showcases, new work previews, and a concert by Broadway performers.
OBCT 2026-2027 JTF Troupe Experience
Show Information
The JTF Troupe will perform TBD in full on November 6-8, 2026. They will then take a 15-minute selection to JTF on January 15-17, 2027.

26-30 performers
Audition Details
Dates: March 12th, 6:00-7:30 PM and March 14th, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
Prepare: 30 seconds of a song of your choice with accompaniment
Also expect: A dance audition and cold reading from the script
